Clear answers before you start using PLUTVO
This page explains how the platform works, what organizations receive, how candidate assessments are handled, and what security, privacy and compliance controls are built into the process.
What should a customer understand before using the system?
PLUTVO is not a recruiting agency. It is a digital assessment and verification platform for organizations that need a structured, documented and role-relevant way to evaluate trust, reliability, skills and risk indicators before or during employment.
General questions
What is PLUTVO?
PLUTVO is a web-based platform for integrity, reliability, background, CV verification and skills assessments. It helps organizations run structured checks, collect candidate or employee responses, review relevant indicators and document the assessment process in a secure report.
Is PLUTVO an HR agency or a recruiting company?
No. PLUTVO is not a recruiting agency and does not replace the employer’s hiring process. It provides assessment, verification and reporting tools that support authorized decision makers inside the organization.
Which assessment types can the system support?
The platform can support pre-employment reliability assessments, periodic employee assessments, background checks, CV and employment verification, personality and competency tests, role-specific questionnaires, open-text responses and video questions when enabled by the organization.
Why should an organization run assessments at all?
Assessments help organizations know the candidate beyond the CV, reduce the cost of a wrong hire, focus interviews on relevant issues, support information-security decisions and lower operational risk when a role includes access to people, money, data, systems or sensitive assets.
Process and candidate experience
How does the assessment process work?
An authorized HR, recruiting, security or operations user selects the assessment flow, enters the candidate or employee details, and the system sends a secure personal link by email. The person completes the assessment online, and authorized users receive a structured report with indicators and findings.
Does the candidate need to install any software or application?
No. The assessment is completed through a secure browser link. There is no installation, no application download and no special IT setup for the candidate, subject to the organization’s settings and device requirements.
Can the assessment include video-based questions?
Yes, if the organization enables this option. Video questions can be used for role-specific explanations, communication evaluation or clarification of selected topics. They should be configured only where relevant and lawful for the role and location.
Can assessments be customized based on specific job roles?
Yes. The assessment flow can be adjusted by role type, risk level, language, required checks, question types and reporting structure. A warehouse role, finance role, sales role and security-sensitive role should not necessarily use the same assessment configuration.
Reports and decision support
What deliverables does the organization receive upon completion?
Authorized users receive a report that may include candidate details, assessment status, answer indicators, risk signals, required follow-up points, background or verification findings, video responses where used, and a recommendation status configured by the organization.
Does PLUTVO make hiring decisions automatically?
No. PLUTVO is designed to support human review. The platform provides structured information, indicators and documentation, but the employer remains responsible for the final decision, legal basis, fairness, relevance to the role and any required human review.
What is a recommendation status and how should it be used?
A recommendation status is a structured summary configured by the organization, such as suitable, review required or not suitable for the defined threshold. It should be treated as a decision-support signal and reviewed together with the full report, role requirements and applicable law.
Privacy, legality and compliance
Are background checks always legally permitted?
No. Background checks must be limited to what is lawful, necessary, proportionate and relevant to the role. The customer is responsible for defining the legal basis, candidate notice or consent where required, geographic restrictions and the scope of permitted checks.
How are privacy and personal data protection managed?
Assessment data should be collected for a defined purpose, accessed only by authorized users, retained only as needed and processed under the customer’s lawful basis and instructions. PLUTVO supports controlled access, documentation and privacy-oriented workflows.
Are cookies utilized on the PLUTVO platform?
The website may use essential and functional cookies, such as remembering language preference or cookie notice status. Non-essential analytics or marketing cookies should not be activated unless the user gives valid consent where required by law.
Can a candidate request access to or correction of their data?
Depending on applicable law and the customer’s role as controller, individuals may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to processing. Requests are usually handled by the employer or organization that requested the assessment, with PLUTVO assisting where contractually required.
Security and implementation
How does PLUTVO support and enforce information security?
The platform is built around controlled access, role-based permissions, secure links, limited exposure of sensitive reports, audit-oriented workflows and separation between the person taking the assessment and users authorized to view results.
Who inside the organization can access and view the assessment reports?
Only authorized users defined by the customer should be able to access reports. Access should be limited by company, role, hierarchy and permission level so that sensitive findings are not exposed broadly inside the organization.
How long does the system implementation and setup process take?
Implementation depends on the number of assessment flows, languages, permissions, legal requirements and integrations. A basic web-based flow can usually be configured faster than a fully customized enterprise process with multiple roles, branches and compliance requirements.
Is the platform accessible to individuals with disabilities?
PLUTVO aims to provide accessible digital experiences, including semantic structure, keyboard-friendly navigation, clear labels and readable layouts. Accessibility should be tested continuously, especially when new forms, media or assessment components are added.
